Changes to the Login Screen
Thursday, September 3, 2009 | 12:25 PM
Yesterday we made a slight change to the login page that has been causing confusion for some of our users. When you visit the login page for Google Affiliate Network you are now prompted to sign in with your Google Account instead of your legacy user account. If you would like to use your legacy username and password there is a link below the login form that will allow you to do so.
Please note that in the next couple months we will be turning off support for legacy logins and you will be required to set up a Google Account in order to access your Google Affiliate Network account. If you would like to take care of that today, please follow these instructions. If you run into issues during the process, we have a number of help articles that answer the most common issues we've seen users face.

I signed up 24 hours ago and when I try to log into my google affiliate network account using my google account the page simply refreshes as if it logged me into my google account without logging me into the google affiliate network. I used my google email\account to sign up and have no idea why this is happening. I tried deleting cache, signing out and then back in, logging in from another computer and none of this helped - any ideas why?

Hi Michael, not sure why this would be happening. Please file a ticket and include your user account and publisher account ID (if you have it) and our support team will help you out.

I can't log in either :( when I enter my google username and password, it simply reloads and asks for my password again :(
I remember it was working properly a couple of days ago. I think it something you did with login screen that messed it up :(

I linked my adsense and affiliate accounts at the time I recieved the first email from Google. Now I get an email saying that I have not linked them. I cannot log into my affliliate account and I am sure that I am using the correct login.I get the error message that my email account cannot be found in the system.

Hi Debbie, please file a ticket at the link posted in my prior comment if this is still happening. Some publishers who have linked got that email by mistake. However, we think all login issues have been resolved, so if you're still having problems we'd like to get some more detail from you.
